We have more than gowns, we have accessories, too. You can find the pages listed in the sidebar, but here are the main categories:
Our selection of gowns here at TBP is incredible, with mostly brand new gowns from high-end designers like Pronovias, Rena Koh, Maggie Sottero, Venus, Alfred Sung, Paloma Blanca and so forth. We work with a very clear philosophy that you should enjoy your gown shopping experience… there’s no pressure, no BS, we’re just hoping to sell some dresses to raise money to fight cancer.
We have gorgeous donated gowns from individuals as well as salons, both of which we greatly appreciate! They’re all in great condition. Both sources of gowns are essential for our wide variety and great selection. For samples, see our Wedding Gowns page.
NOTE: There are hundreds of gowns not featured on the website, so please make an appointment to come in and browse. Due to the huge volume of new arrivals from salons, we can’t possibly keep up. Please do NOT contact us if you are searching for a specific gown… it’s like asking us to find a needle in a haystack!
We have 3 VERY important house rules…
- Please do NOT wear makeup when coming to try on gowns.
- You can try on as many as you like, but treat them nicely! These aren’t samples where we can order a new one for the next person who comes on by, and you are essentially trying on someone else’s wedding dress. Treat it the same way you would want someone to treat yours.
- Replace them nicely just as you found them… the train should be looped over the top of the hanger, gowns should be hung with others in the same size range, and treated gently! That way the next person can enjoy the same experience as you!

FYI, for all brides, the sizing is very different for gowns as opposed to ‘street clothes’ and typically inflated by 2-4 sizes just to make you feel extra huge on your wedding day. Do a Google search for wedding gown size charts, and you’ll see that they vary between designers and bear little resemblance to regular street clothes.
Our selection here at TBP is amazing. Many of the gowns are worth hundreds of dollars… in some cases, thousands. I recognize that many brides are on a tight budget, and TBP appeals to those who cannot afford salon prices or simply have other things they would like to spend their money on… kids, mortgages, etc. Please have realistic expectations; this is NOT a bridal salon with all the 2010 styles you see in magazines, although I’d say our selection is even better… custom designs you’ll never see again, gowns that were altered to be unique, and dare I say… some 2011 styles!!!
Keep in mind that it’s hard to part with a gown, and someone has given that gift to fight cancer… there are lots of gorgeous gowns here to choose from, and they vary from about 5 years old to current. While many have never been worn to a wedding, after being tried on, there may be some makeup marks and dust on the train, a few loose beads, etc., but nothing that can’t be easily remedied. Our gown cleaner makes regular visits to ensure everything is ‘clean-able’, and our seamstresses are in close contact with our staff about what they can do (surprisingly more than we ever thought!). The average cost of cleaning a gown is about $70, and average cost of alterations of a brand new dress is $150. The latter you will have to factor in no matter where you buy your dress, and feedback from clients indicates that many salons charge much more for alterations.
Gowns are sold AS IS, no exceptions. Our prices range from $100 to $1250. Please feel comfortable discussing your budget with us to help us tailor your shopping experience for you.
All sales are FINAL on gowns sold on site unless other arrangements are made and put in writing by the owner.
